Rudham ward hits the bull’s eye

Sandringham Estate’s darts and dominoes players did not draw a blank when they were looking for a good cause to support.

The six clubs which make up the Sandringham Estate Darts and Dominoes League have once again donated £1,200 to the Rudham ward at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital in King’s Lynn.

Players from the clubs in Anmer, Flitcham, Sandringham, Babingley, Great Bircham and Wolferton have been supporting the children’s ward for about 25 years.

The money was raised during a knock-out evening and quiz nights at the Babingley club.

League secretary Andrew Jarvis said: “I would like to thank all the clubs for continuing to support the Rudham ward and we are pleased to be making a donation to such a good cause.”
