Guest Wifi arrives at the QEH

Patients and visitors to the Queen Elizabeth Hospital in King’s Lynn will now be able to access the internet for free.

The hospital’s Guest Wifi system went live earlier today and has already received a positive response.

This project is the latest in a series of plans to improve the hospital site and its facilities to improve the experience for patients.

Earlier this month, a Wifi system for the clinical teams went live.

Chief Executive Dorothy Hosein said: “This development is incredibly exciting for the hospital.

“Staying in hospital can be an isolating experience for some but by having access to free Wifi that will allow our patients to stay in touch with their family and friends.

“We are on a journey towards excellence and helping to improve the experience of our patients while in hospital is another step towards that goal.”

To access the Wifi system, search for QEH-GUEST-WIFI in your Wifi setting menu. You will then be asked to fill in a login form.
