Learn more about the future of The QEH

Patients will be able to learn more about the future plans for The Queen Elizabeth Hospital during a public meeting next week.

Members of the public are invited to join the Governors and Board of Directors during the Annual Members Meeting on Tuesday, July 4, at 4pm.

New Chief Executive Jon Green will be outlining his vision for West Norfolk’s busy acute hospital during the session in The Inspire Centre, which is close to the Gayton Road roundabout.

The meeting will also hear more about the services offered to patients and their carers  within West Raynham Ward, the Hospital’s A-rated stroke unit.

Trust Chair Edward Libbey said: “The Annual Members Meeting is an important event for the Trust as it allows us the opportunity to take stock of what has been a busy but eventful year while also allowing us to look to the future.

“I would like to encourage as many people as possible to join us to learn more about what is in store for your hospital. This meeting is open to anyone, whether you are a current or former patient or if you simply just have an interest in your local hospital.  We look forward to welcoming you.”

Please contact Mary Denmark on 01553 613142 or by email at mary.denmark@qehkl.nhs.uk for more details, or to tell us that you are planning to attend.
