COVID-19 statement from The Queen Elizabeth Hospital King’s Lynn

Chief Executive for The Queen Elizabeth Hospital King’s Lynn, Caroline Shaw, today said: “I can confirm today that a further four patients – three men and a woman aged between 68 and 90 – who had tested positive for COVID-19 have sadly died while being cared for at our hospital. Our thoughts are with their relatives and loved ones.”

The QEH, DHSC, NHS England and NHS Improvement will not be giving out any further information on these patients.

The media are asked to respect the wishes of the families, and the interests of staff at the hospital to avoid any disruption to operational services.
