COVID-19 statement from The Queen Elizabeth Hospital King’s Lynn

Caroline Shaw, Chief Executive of The Queen Elizabeth Hospital King’s Lynn, said: “The deaths of four patients who had tested positive for COVID-19 have been confirmed today – three men and a woman between the ages of 76 and 92. On behalf of the Trust, I would like to offer my condolences to their relatives and loved ones.”

The QEH, DHSC, NHS England and NHS Improvement will not be giving out any further information on these patients.

The media are asked to respect the wishes of the family, and the interests of staff at the hospital to avoid any disruption to operational services.
