Join us for The QEH Annual Members’ Meeting 2026

Register now to attend The Queen Elizabeth Hospital King's Lynn NHS Foundation Trust's Annual Members' Meeting.

Members of the public, Foundation Trust members and partner organisations are invited to attend The Queen Elizabeth Hospital King’s Lynn NHS Foundation Trust’s Annual Members’ Meeting on Thursday 17 September 2026 from 4pm – 6pm.

The event provides an opportunity to hear directly from hospital leaders and clinical teams about the past year at The QEH, the improvements underway across the organisation and how we are improving care and shaping the future of healthcare for the communities we serve.

Guests can attend either in person or virtually via Microsoft Teams. Registration is required and places for in-person attendance are limited. Before the meeting, registered guests are invited to visit a marketplace featuring:

  • Education Faculty
  • Electronic Patient Record (EPR) Programme
  • New Hospital Programme

Visitors will be able to discover how future healthcare professionals are being developed, learn more about the Electronic Patient Record (EPR) Programme, which will transform the way information is shared across healthcare services, and explore progress towards a new hospital that will serve local communities for generations to come.

The meeting will be chaired by David Roberts, Chair of the Norfolk and Waveney University Hospitals Group. Presentations will be given by Professor Lesley Dwyer, Group Chief Executive, and Jo Segasby, Group Chief Delivery Officer and Deputy Group Chief Executive, who is currently providing leadership support for The QEH.

There will also be presentations from the maternity team and the Trust’s Research and Innovation team, whose nationally recognised work is helping local patients access innovative treatments and participate in important research closer to home.

Guests will hear about the Trust’s financial position and how our three hospitals are working together through the Norfolk and Waveney University Hospitals Group to improve care, respond to future healthcare challenges and make the most of a once-in-a-generation opportunity for investment in healthcare. The meeting will conclude with an opportunity for questions and discussion.
