This month the King’s Lynn hospital has been celebrating its midwives, nurses, and operating department practitioners (ODPs) as part of international celebration days.
The QEH has carried out its first ever joint replacement as a day surgery procedure.
Today (7 May) The QEH opened its newly refurbished simulation ward giving staff to the chance to train for real-life scenarios in a safe environment – and it’s all thanks to a generous donation from the hospital’s charity.
A group of stroke survivors who attended local art therapy workshops have thanked staff at The QEH by donating their hand-painted artwork as a thank you for the care they received.
Earlier today 30 people ran a total of more than 180 miles in aid of The Queen Elizabeth Hospital (QEH) King’s Lynn Charity to raise funds to benefit patients.
