The future of apprenticeships at The Queen Elizabeth Hospital, King’s Lynn has been protected after an agreement between the Joint Staff Side Committee and The Trust was recently signed.
The Apprenticeship Agreement is a mutual contract between the unions and the Trust, designed to enhance partnership working. It makes sure policies and procedures are followed, in line with staff policies, while providing another way to negotiate terms and conditions for apprentices.
