A dedicated team of 28 healthcare workers at The QEH have successfully completed a 26-mile charity walk for the hospital’s specialist end-of-life unit.
Today (7 May) The QEH opened its newly refurbished simulation ward giving staff to the chance to train for real-life scenarios in a safe environment – and it’s all thanks to a generous donation from the hospital’s charity.
Patients at The QEH are now able to see their hospital referrals and appointments at the touch of a button via the new NHS App – a simple and secure way to access a range of NHS services on any smart phone or device.
Two local charities have benefitted from a festive fundraising drive at The Queen Elizabeth Hospital.
