The Queen Elizabeth Hospital King’s Lynn (QEH) is set to officially open a Butterfly Garden, a dedicated space for reflection and remembrance for families who have experienced the devastating loss of a baby.
It was celebrations all round as the hospital’s garden club – The Courtyard Gardeners – were awarded silver in the Sandringham Flower Show’s Garden Clubs Competition.
A group of green fingered NHS workers who have made it their mission to brighten up a courtyard at The QEH are heading to The Sandringham Flower Show next week to showcase their skill.
Work is now under way on a special courtyard garden dedicated to hospital patients who have suffered a baby loss, providing those who are grieving with a place of remembrance and reflection.
