A new Non-Executive Director experienced in financial management across the private and public sector has joined the Board of Directors at The Queen Elizabeth Hospital (QEH) bringing with him wealth of knowledge and expertise.
Felicity Meyer, The QEH’s Deputy Medical Director and Consultant Vascular Surgeon, has been elected as the next Women in Surgery Chair at the Royal College of Surgeons of England (RCS).
The Annual Members’ Meeting for The Queen Elizabeth Hospital, King’s Lynn takes place later this month and everyone is invited to learn about a year of innovations.
Work is progressing well on a new five bed unit at The Queen Elizabeth Hospital that will provide patients with a more dignified and comfortable place to receive care in their last days and hours of life.
The QEH is celebrating and thanking its 140 volunteers who collectively donated 20,000 hours of their time to the hospital last year.
The QEH has been selected as one hospital in the East to test and roll out Martha’s Rule.
