A revised New Hospital Programme (NHP) plan, reaffirming the rebuild of The Queen Elizabeth Hospital King’s Lynn (QEH) as a key priority project, was released by the Government yesterday (Monday 20 January).
The QEH is inviting local residents to take part in a series of public engagement events as part of the national campaign ‘Change NHS: Helping Shape a Health Service Fit for the Future’.
The QEH is using digital appointment letters, which not only saves money, but help make sure that patients do not miss their vital healthcare appointments.
Ensuring health care is linked up, better communication about younger people’s care, apprenticeships and shaping services at the New QEH were all top of the agenda at the QEH Youth Council’s first meeting.
Just in time for Christmas two new all-weather patient buggies have arrived at The QEH helping patients get to their appointments.
