Vicky Mitchell, Information & Support Manager for Macmillan commented: “This is the perfect event for you and your carers to come along. We’ve run a number of these days now and the feedback is always fantastic. People find them supportive, informative and at times we all have a good laugh together! We’re there whether you need information on finding services near you, or just a cup of tea and a chat with someone who understands how you’re feeling. You’ll also get the chance to meet volunteers who’ve been through a cancer experience and can offer support and guidance.”
