Anyone affected by cancer can access a wide range of information and advice at a drop-in event hosted by Macmillan Information and Support.
The Health and Wellbeing Event at Gaywood Church Rooms in King’s Lynn on Monday 1st October (9.30am-1pm) is for people living with and beyond cancer.
Cancer experts will be on hand to chat to visitors and the following presentations are planned:
- 10am-10.30am – Complementary therapy
- 30am-11am – Mindful compassion
- 11am-11.30am – Physical activity
- 11.30am-12.30pm – Healthy eating

Anybody wanting to talk about general cancer information and/or support needs (including benefits and welfare referrals) can drop in to the Macmillan Information and Support Centre at The Queen Elizabeth Hospital. The centre is open Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm.
