Staff who go the extra mile to help patients at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital will be honoured at a special awards ceremony.
The #TeamQEH Awards will be held at a special glitz and glamour themed event to be held at Knight’s Hill on Thursday 7th November.
Our 2019 shortlist will be joined on the night by a number of our 400 nominees.
Coverage of the event can be heard on Hospital Radio, which will be broadcasting live on the night.
This event is possible thanks to the generous support from our Charitable Trust Fund and local businesses and companies, more details of which will be shared in the days to come.
The evening will be hosted by Simon Rowe, as part of his Simon Rowe’d Show.
Caroline Shaw, Chief Executive of the Queen Elizabeth Hospital, said: “The Award night is a chance to celebrate the contributions made by our staff to the Queen Elizabeth Hospital.
“Many congratulations to everyone who was nominated for this year’s awards – this is an achievement you can each be proud of. And good luck to everyone who has made our shortlist – enjoy your evening!
“We would like to thank members of the community who voted in the We Care Well award, which was open for public nominations. We received a fantastic response.”
