The QEH is celebrating the one-year anniversary of its Frailty Same Day Emergency Care (SDEC) Unit – a service that has already helped more than 3,000 older and frail patients receive timely, tailored care closer to home.
On Friday 19 September, a group of cyclists involved in the New Hospital Programme (NHP) schemes for The Queen Elizabeth Hospital (QEH) in King’s Lynn and James Paget University Hospital (JPUH) in Great Yarmouth will take on an 80-mile challenge ride.
The QEH is celebrating an exceptional achievement in clinical research as they reach a major milestone in a large-scale clinical trial on hip fracture treatment.
The QEH’s THRIVE Programme has been named a finalist in the prestigious 2025 Nursing Times Workforce Summit & Awards, under the Preceptorship Programme of the Year category.
